Replaced newlib printf()/sscanf() to get rid of bloat.

menu fix + config/ui support for dev mode setting

Replaced makefiles with custom ones based on devkitARM makefiles. Implemented a release build rule. Implemented displaying the commit hash in non-release builds.

Move fastboot magic to start of ARM9 section. Change ARM11 cache code back since it was not the issue in the first place.

more menu stuff, better firmlaunch

A few safety changes. The high exception vectors are now mapped to the Loader executable start.

Big refactor. Updated fatfs, changed the dir structure, added MMU support to the ARM11 side and lots of small changes.

Adjusted MPU settings a bit. Now there is 1 free MPU region which can be used to test if code gets overwritten or similar.

Changed ARM9 section base to 0x08000040. Changed rng_get_byte() to use PRNG reg. Updated fatfs.
