add support for PAD config writing

add support for nand: config file loading

Replaced makefiles with custom ones based on devkitARM makefiles. Implemented a release build rule. Implemented displaying the commit hash in non-release builds.

Broken AES CBC code + a few adjustments.

Final AES CCM code for now.
