Move schemas to /src/util/schemas

Fix and remove some scripts + use ajv/typescript-json-schema required by patches

Bring back loginRedirect but fix it. Also move some assets out of public

Rearrange assets a bit, fix anything that uses assets folder

Refactor to mono-repo + upgrade packages
